Boston – The Forum Lander Snowboard is a all-mountain FreeStyle snowboard that was first released in 2007. For 2008 Forum has made this board even better than it original model so that this board can really do it all. With the Lander you can cruise through deep powder to then carve through the new grooms and you will notice the same consistency.

The Forum Lander is super light snowboard featuring the Super Gnar™ LE with Mac 1 core. This core features a combination of vertical strips of hard and light weight wood to give the board not only a lot of strength but also making it light. This snowboard also provides solid torsional flex/response by using light Tri-ax laminates, these laminates will give you the response you want while not adding a ton of weight to the board. The board is then capped off with Forum’s high end Sintered Base to give you strength and speed.

Boston- The 2008 Rome Graft Snowboard is a FreeStyle board that is in its second year of production at Rome. This years Graft was re-engineered to be a true twin tip board to give riders more comfort while switch riding on this board. The Graft is a FreeStyle board that can really handle all mountain conditions whether is carving down the hill or hitting the park it transitions well between conditions.

The Rome Graft features a Pop Core Matrix which is going to give the snowboard a consistent yet dynamic flex throughout the snowboard. The laminate on this board is the Rome StraightBiax Carbon, this laminate provides solid torsional flex needed for jibbing and some nice pop for the ollies. Rome has also added their exclusive Impact Plates™ technology to the board to provide anti-compression protection on landings.     Boston – The 2008 Ride DH Snowboard is a FreeStyle twin tip board that comes with the award winning performance and technology from Ride designers. This snowboard is loved by park and jib riders as the board has a even amount of flex and a ton of pop to bring your tricks to the next level.

    The Ride DH is designed with the Thin Con construction and the new 85a Slimewalls; the 85a Slimewalls are designed to make the board forgiving while absorbing the impact instead of defending against it. The DH also feature the Ride Response core providing more snap and the Cleave Edge for a solid edge grab when carving.     Boston – The Burton Bullet Snowboard is a wide all-mountain FreeStyle board that is designed for all levels of riders. For a wide directional shape board you will notice that it is not a true twin tip in that the nose of the snowboard is slightly larger than the tail. By making the nose that small amount larger lets the board really crank down the mountain.

    The Bullet has a core that features the Negative Core Profile and the Fly Core; these two features together give the snowboard improved feel, flex and durably for a great FreeStyle ride. Burton then creates a Glass using the Biax React Fiberglass that provides low torsional flex and a forgiving feel to allow you to press hard on new tricks. The snowboard is then capped with the Burton Lightspeed Vision base to make the board strong fast and easy to maintain.

    Overall the big foot riders are doing to love this board not only because it can do it all well, but the price of under $300.00 is not going to break the bank.

    Boston – The Burton Blunt Snowboard is a twin tip FreeStyle Jibbing Snowboard that can take a beating and will not break. This Burton Snowboard is built like a tank and is virtually maintenance free, so it is perfect for those riders that like to just get up and go with their board everyday.


    The 2008 Burton Blunt Snowboard features the Lightspeed Vision base which is basically a maintenance free base that is strong and fast. This is the type of base that will be fast without you even putting on wax, making is truly maintenance free.

    The board also features the Negative Core and Biax React Fiberglass, these two elements are going to let you bring your tricks to the next level. The Negative core gives you that softer feel between the feet to make the tricks even easier off the rails and boxes and the Biax React Fiberglass provides you the low torsional flex and a forgiving feel. As you are perfecting the tricks you are going to notice that this board is a lot easier to move to the next level.

    The 2008 Ride Decade snowboard is a true all-mountain board that Ride refers to as “ Solid, Smooth & Versatile”. This is the type of board that transition well between conditions and terrain and you will never notice a difference in control.

    The Ride Decade for 2008 features 4 new features; Thin Con Construction, 90A Slimewalls and Silencer 3 Tuned Core and 2X4 Inserts. The Thin Con construction is Ride’s standard construction where the board is tapered at the tips and tail to reduce swing weight while giving you the ultimate edge control. The 90 A Slimewalls are similar to the 85A sidewalls, but they have a better response. the construction of these sidewalls is made to make the board very forgiving by absorbing the impact better. The Silencer 3 core is new technology by ride that basically reduces edge vibration for even more control.

    Overall the Ride Decade is an awesome all-mountain board for those riders that love to do it all. If the board has one downside, it may be that it is not a top performer in the park.

    Boston – The Burton Custom Snowboard is the ultimate FreeStyle Snowboard that is an awesome ride on the whole mountain. This is a twin tip board designed by team riders Mads Jonsson, Heikki Sorsa, and Mason Aguirre; these guys are constantly trying to evolve the benefits of FreeStyle boards.

    The Custom 2007-2008 Snowboard features a core made up of the Negative Core Profile, The Super Fly II and the Dual Zone EGD. The Negative Core Profile is designed to have thinner sections of core between the bindings so you have a softer feel to you board with more FreeStyle Flex and torsion. The Super Fly II Core places stronger and lighter pieces of wood across the board to give the board more snap and strength while also reducing the weight. Then the Dualzone EGD used the heel and toe to place the wood grain perpendicular to the rest of the core for a super edge hold.

    The Burton Custom is made with a Traix Response Fiberglass and a Sintered WFO Vision Base to make this board have superior control, stability, and be super fast. This base is Burtons fastest the Sintered WFO Vision base, this base material comes pre-conditioned out the the box to fly past all other boards.
